The Stichting Friesio Foundation has its headquarters in the city of Arnhem in the Netherlands and a branch in Odessa / Ukraine.
The board runs the business, manages the foundation’s assets and ensures that the foundation’s tasks are fulfilled as effectively as possible. The board has three members. New members are elected by the board (co-optation). The work is voluntary; proven, necessary expenses will be reimbursed.
