My international development background includes working with esteemed organizations such as UN/DP, Islamic Relief, and S4IG. I have spearheaded multi-sector and multi-stakeholder programs, showcasing my exemplary leadership skills.
My exposure to a wide range of subjects, including HR development, Disaster Management, Research, BusinessDevelopment, Tourism Development, Community Empowerment, industry, coastal and marine, and climate change, has contributed to my well-rounded approach toproject cycle experience. From conceptualization and development to resource mobilization, partnership development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, I have achieved success at the international, national, andcommunity levels.
My extensive experience in resource mobilization, which includes leveraging funds from international, government, private, and foundation sources, has equipped me with a profound understanding of theexpectations of Governments, Donors, Private Sector, NGO, Media, Academics, and Communities. Information and Communication Technologies and spatial data have been integral to my work, and I have collaborated on numerous projects with esteemed organizations, such as Govt. of Sri Lanka, UNDP, S4IG, Australia, Human Rights Commission, Ministry of Disaster Management, Policy Development, and Skills Development.
I currently serve in advisory positions in the private sector, where I bring my expertise on sustainability and resilience to the table.
